I have built and directly managed core operational teams in the Telecomm, Digital Marketing, Energy Efficiency and InsurTech industries that have driven foundational impacts to overall operational and revenue success within Start-up environments. With more than ten years managing these remote departments, I offer a unique combination of Operational Revenue, Business and Customer Care people leadership along with analytical skills that will help replicate exceeding benchmarks while delivering exceptional results.
